SUMMARY:Annual Election Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Don’t forget!  Our VERY IMPORTANT annual community meeting will be held on Sunday\, September 21st at 1:00 pm. \n\n\n\nDuring this meeting we will not only be voting on new and returning board members\, but we will also be voting on the proposed amendment to current Romancoke On the Bay covenants and restrictions Section 7 regarding the ban on use of “lots or residences for any trade or business”.  \n\n\n\nPlease review the ballot to see open board positions and proposed changes. If you cannot attend the meeting\, you may submit an absentee ballot. Absentee ballots must be in the clubhouse mailbox by 1pm on Sept 21st. \n\n\n\nThis meeting is also a good chance to meet the board and other community members and voice any ideas or concerns for the upcoming year. If you would like to have a say in what happens in your community please make every effort to attend. You need to be current on your yearly dues in order to vote. We hope to see A LOT of people in attendance. If you have any questions feel free to reach out. \n\n\n\nCome to the Clubhouse and let us hear from you!
