Membership

Property owners of Romancoke on the Bay are required to be members of two organizations.  Additionally, individuals may apply for membership in the Improvement Association in order to participate in Clubhouse activities (including rental privileges).  Dues help maintain the clubhouse, with improvements and repairs, and support events and items (playground, beach and pier) that community members are be able to use and enjoy.

• Romancoke on the Bay Improvement Association – dues $75/year paid in September
• Romancoke on the Bay Roads Corporation – dues $10/year  (For more information about the Roads Corporation, click here.)
