About the Romancoke on the Bay Roads Corporation
The ROB Roads Corporation (“Roads”) governs the roads within ROB that are not maintained by Queen Anne’s County. It provides gravel at the Clubhouse for residents to fill in any potholes near their property and plans for any necessary capital improvements.
Roads Board meetings are held on an ad-hoc basis with an Annual Meeting in March.

Membership
Property owners of Romancoke on the Bay are required to be Members of both the Improvement Association and the Roads Corporation.
Others may apply for Associate Membership in the Improvement Association in order to participate in Clubhouse activities (including rental privileges). Dues support Clubhouse improvements and repairs as well as community events and features of our property (i.e. playground, beach and pier). All to create an environment that community members are be able to use and enjoy.
- Romancoke on the Bay Improvement Association – dues $75/year due in September
- ROADS fees are $10per lot/per year due March 1st
