There is always loads of activity happening down at the Clubhouse!

  • Monthly Friday Night Dinners are always a hit! Reach out if you have a favorite meal you’d like to share!
  • The Spring brings the Easter Bunny via the UCVFD fire trucks, an egg hunt, and fun for all!
  • We host a “July 4th Parade” of cars, bikes, golf carts and more that always includes the United Communities Volunteer Fire Department leading the way.

Our events are on our Calendar and also advertised in the Bay Times Newspaper. We welcome everyone to our advertised events.

Not sure what to do? Volunteer!

  • Romancoke on the Bay Clubhouse is always looking for volunteers for Friday Night Grills: prep, cook, serve, or clean. Ideas for SPECIALS also needed.
  • Help with outdoor cleanups, the pier, and everything in between too!
  • Annual event helpers for the 4th of July; Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween on the Trail, and Holiday Pot-luck
  • Clean-up helpers twice a year to get the clubhouse and grounds cleaned
  • Membership & Communication coordinators (greeting new residents, distributing flyers for up-coming events)
  • Rental Coordinator (facilitate renting the clubhouse to members)

Beyond the frequent Community events, the Clubhouse and grounds are also available for rental at reasonable rates.

  • Canning classes
  • Pre-holiday in-home sales retailers all gathered at the clubhouse for an evening of wine and shopping all in one space!
  • Secret Santa workshop for children to do all their Holiday shopping, crafting and wrapping
