Annual Election Meeting
September 21 @ 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm
Don’t forget! Our VERY IMPORTANT annual community meeting will be held on Sunday, September 21st at 1:00 pm.
During this meeting we will not only be voting on new and returning board members, but we will also be voting on the proposed amendment to current Romancoke On the Bay covenants and restrictions section 1 regarding the ban on use of “lots or residences for any trade or business”.
Please review the ballot to see open board positions and proposed changes. This meeting is also a good chance to meet the board and other community members and voice any ideas or concerns for the upcoming year. If you are interested in being on the board you are also entitled to a free clubhouse rental each year!
If you would like to have a say in what happens in your community please make every effort to attend. You need to be current on your yearly dues in order to vote. We hope to see A LOT of people in attendance. If you have any questions feel free to reach out.
